un soir où je  jouais avec mon perroquet un ange est apparu sur mon  balcon  un ange de  crystal  vert pâle avec un visage masculin  souriant et une  couronne sur la tête  je ne  voyais pas  son corps il avait une   grande  collerette de dentelle et cette collerette c' est changée en ailes celles -ci recouvrait son corps que je ne voyais pas . j' ai vu au autre  créature du même genre plus  grande apparaître dans une  fenêtre d' un  voisin et il s' est changé en  lion de crystal celui-ci était sans   aucun doute un genre de  chérubin.je me réfère  ici à la  description de cherubim des  sortes différentes de  anna  rountree dans  heaven revealed........ il y a  souvent une ange  dans ma porte entre les  deux portes ,  translucide l. air assez jeune  peut être d' âge  adolescente de 6 pieds  environ  elle montre une genre d' étincelle  blanche  signe de  sa  présence ,......j' ai remarqué aussi la présences de fées papillons imprègnées sur les  murs de ma cuisine et  chambre de  bain .....et l' autre  jour au cinéma une  fée blanche a  traversée l' écran .une autre fée  blanche a virvoltée devant moi  accompagnée s  d' insectes ou peut être de  plus petites fées.selon  doreen virtue  les fée s viennent du monde des anges  elles sont les  anges de la  nature.une fée  blanche  elle avait l' air d' un gros  pissenlit  blanc  mais  bien sûr que c' est une  fée de la  grandeur de  ma  main  virvolltais devant  moi .en novembre il n' y a  plus de  végétation  printanière dans les  airs .la neige n' est pas  encore  tombéenormalement c' est  l' hiver ici.
des  chérubims  sont  souvent apparus dans  ma  porte  mais cette fois -ci sur un mur une image qui ressemble à jésus tout en lumière  crystal  une  crois dans un  cercle de  lumière et un chérubim  de  crystal  me  montre un  bâtonnet de  cystal qui flotte dans les  airs .c' est quoi le  bâtonnet? je  ne sais pas .

i recently  saw  new  angelic  creatures  it was   floating outside on my  balcony about the  size of a  small medium size  dog   it was  made of  crystal  pale  green  it had a  male face and a  crown and a huge  dentelle crystal collard the  collard was  changing as  wings the  wings were  covering the  body it  didnt show its  body i beleive it was one of thiose cherubim creature. i dont  know  according to anna  rountree ,heaven revealed book ,description it might be .........i saw another one   this  time it was like  golden crystal face bigger it appeared in a neighbors  window and it changed as a crystal  lion.....
i still see angels    almost everyday  .. a translucide   female  woman about 6 foot tall or so  appears in my door it makes appear some kind of white spark .....its  often there more at  night .... the  warrior angels  passed by one  day  new  ones  with  medieval helmet on they  wavesd the  hand a t me   since the  time i wave to them its about  time they respond .    julie saint-pierre

Angels ~ Beings of Love and Light

Angels are beings of love and light that assist us with our dreams and desires. They hear our prayers, share our joy, and hold us in times of great sorrow. Angels come in all sizes, for all of our needs. There is an angel for everything including: singing, children, pets, peace, healing, homework, gardening, safe travel, and love. Everything on our planet is nurtured and loved by Angels. When we open ourselves to this love and abundance we can learn to be at one with all life. Angels are truly amazing in their patience, loving, and humor as they watch and guide us. They show themselves in our daily lives through our friends, a stranger's smile, a bumper sticker on the car in front of us, a single white feather, and a warm feeling on our shoulder when trying something new. Blessed be the Angels that love and guide us on this journey of life. to top

Understanding the Relationship Between Angels, Humans, and Elementals.

Angels provide us the inspiration and potential energy of the universe to manifest on our planet. Angels, Humans and Elementals are part of a connected system of energy. Angels work in the energy that has no form, of pure love, creation, and inspiration. They help us form ideas, express emotions, and create what we need in our lives. As humans we are the conduit through which energy flows. We help connect the heavens to the earth. The Elementals then give this energy or idea form in our physical reality. The base elements (fire, air, water, and earth) can be found in all beings of our planet. It is the interaction between these three parts that manifest our world around us and continue to shape our daily lives. When we seek balance in our lives we are reaching up to the heavens and the Angels to inspire what we need in life. We then reach down to Mother Earth and her Elementals to create what we need. It is the balance between heaven and earth where we flow with life and find purpose. So when you are seeking to manifest something new in your life be sure to include the whole team so your prayers and desires can be answered. to top

Angel Guides ~ Learning to Fly

Learning to work with the Angels is really learning to listen with our hearts. Angels are always around us and ready to serve us in all we do. When we make a conscious effort to connect with their love and guidance we learn to trust our decisions, have faith in our abundance, and enjoy our world around us. Learn to feel with your heart and trust that inner voice. Angels can be subtle in how they communicate. Remember to ask for signs, miracles, and favors. We are taught these are modern times and miracles don't happen anymore. The truth is we forgot how to see them. Sometimes it's the simple things we can be the most grateful for. Ask your Angels for parking spots, extra money for groceries, that special t-shirt you've been wanting (now on sale), or a beautiful rainbow as you walk outside to go home. As you trust your inner voice more, you doubt less and follow your own knowing. Angels grow with our love. Each time we thank and honor them in our lives we help them to expand and give more love. Learn to fly with the Angels and you will set your heart free to love all. to top

Meditation- Introduction to the Angels:

Before you begin get comfortable, take the phone off the hook, and give yourself at least 30 mintutes to relax and explore this meditation.

Close your eyes and begin to take long deep breathes to the count of 5. In 1,2,3..... Out 1,2,3..... Feel all your stress of the day begin to flow out of your feet and the warmth of a bright sun on your head. When you're ready imagine yourself walking on a beach. Get into the detail, how does the sand feel on your toes? Is the sun setting or raising? Are there shells on the beach? Feel a warm inviting breeze that pulls you to a sandy jetty that walks right out into the surf. At the ocean edge invite whomever angel is here to guide you and introduce themselves to you. Ask questions.... What's your name? How long have you been here? What do you want to help me with? What can I do? How can I call you if I need help? Walk on the beach together and build this friendship. When you are done walk back to the beginning of the beach and wave 'goodbye' knowing this angel is here to guide you and love you. Just breathe in that love and knowing as you open your eyes.

This meditation is a great way to find guidance and show you all the angels that are here to help.

Try this three times and if the same angels appears they are your guide on your journey.

The Five Guardian Archangels of Earth

Of all the Angels that guide and love us the 5 Guardian Archangels (or sometimes known as the Watch Tower Angels, Elemental Archangels, or 4 Directions Angels) make their presents known on Earth through their love, miracles, and messages. Their energy is much like a flowing spring that feeds into our lives and all those around them. Many other Angels answer to their call and energy helping to spread the Archangel's love and wisdom. Archangels are very powerful, being the anchor for the energy of: love, wisdom, healing, compassion, insight, justice, peace, serenity, and understanding. When we call upon an Archangel we are asking for pure love in our lives. They help us to reach higher in our goals, dig deeper in our hearts, love more fully in our relationships, and express the wholeness of our beings. Listed here are a few of the many traits and assistance each Angel provides. When you receive aid from an Archangel it is a unique experience for you. They often know just what you need and help you to complete it. So let this be a guide to get you started and have fun discovering what your connection may bring.

Archangel Michael

Angel of Fire, Angel of Justice, Angel of Reiki, Blue Sword of Healing, Angel of Understanding. Characteristics: Archangel Michael has been a main character in our history, art and even movies. He can be seen in the form of a warrior with armor and blue sword, or powerful red robed angel with pure white wings. Service:Michael's energy provides us with understanding for our lives and the world around us. His love is powerful and protective. He is the best Archangel to call for house and land clearings. His flaming blue sword often assists in Reiki for removing negative energy and clearing stagnant thoughts. He has a loud voice and often helps push us in the right direction. Connection:Try stones of: Blue Kunzite, which represent his blue sword; Citrine, one of the few stones that does not need to be cleansed; Carnelian, for passion and inner fire. The color red can be worn or used in alters to connect with his energy. Try writing your desires and questions to Archangel Michael then safely burning them in your fireplace (or flower pot) for him to answer.

Archangel Raphael

Angel of the Air, Angel of Thoughts and Ideas, Angel of Healing, Angel of New Beginnings Characteristics: Archangel Raphael is often seen as the messenger of heaven with the horn of insight blowing from his lips. He comes with the rising sun; guiding us through our daily walks. He sometimes is shown with blue/purple robes, or blue/silver armor. Service: Raphael comes with new insight and experience. Often our healing and pain is our own need for inner knowing and learning. He brings in the Air and thought of non-judgment; allowing us to see the truth of each experience. Raphael calls all healing Angels for the sick and assists in sending love for healing prayers. Connection: Try stones of: Celestite, for compassion, healing and connection to the heavens; and Chalcedony, relieves depression, clears your bad dreams, and promotes peaceful thoughts. Use colors of blue, purple, silver, or pale yellow for clothing or alters. Try journaling using automatic writing (where you channel or let the Angel write through your arm) or writing poetry, or sketching.

Archangel Gabriel

Angel of Water, Angel of Emotions and Deepest Dreams, Angel of Balance between Male and Female, Angel of Compassion Characteristics: Archangel Gabriel is sometimes shown as female and sometimes male. Gabriel has been a messenger for Mother Mary and Muhammad bringing great insight and new challenges. Gabriel is shown often wearing white and gold armor, or white/blue/gold robes with golden hair in both male and female forms. Service:Gabriel teaches us the balance and importance of the male and female traits within us. We need both a strong male energy and loving nurturing female energy in our lives. Gabriel often reveals to us great insights and illuminations of our behavior and decisions. Gabriel also shows us we can be powerful, but still be compassionate to ourselves and others. Connection:Try stones of: Amber, for connecting to ancient knowledge and emotions; and Amethyst; calming emotions, soothing stress, and peaceful dreams. Try the yin/yang symbol for balancing the male/female energy. Use colors of pale blues, golds, and white for daily use or alter clothes. Call upon Gabriel for aid in dreams and releasing sorrow.

Archangel Ariel

Angel of Earth, Angel of Animals and all Life on Earth, Angel of Peace, Angel of Wisdom, Angel of Manifesting Love Characteristics: Archangel Ariel is the caretaker and protector of Earth. He (or she) watches over all beings (human, animal, spirit) ensuring their survival and protection. Ariel is sometimes referred to as the tallest angel so he can see all of creation. He is often shown wearing a white robe holding the Earth. Service:Ariel helps us understand the relationship between all forms of life. He can reveal the different levels of spirits and realities that surround us. Ariel teaches us the inner connection between all life and this planet. He shows us that our actions influence all life from the large trees to the smallest bacteria. Ariel will help you create peace in the world by starting within your own heart. Connection:Try stones of: Lapis Lazuli, healing of self and planet, brings joy and courage; Jade, for Earth wisdom and energy; and Pearl, a gift from the Sea Mother, helps provide understanding and reverence of life. Any color of earth tones or pure white. House plants are a great way to connect with Earth while learning to have reverence of life.

Angel of Spirit

Holy Spirit, Angel of Love, Angel of All Characteristics: The Angel of Spirit is sometimes shown as the Holy Spirit (or flame) that burns within each of our hearts. Its form is mostly of pure light, fire, or genderless with golden/white light beaming from its' center. Service:This Angel is the connection between all life. It is the 'spark' that starts life. It is the universal energy of love that connects all beings to each other. This angel helps connect all other angels within your life. It often acts as your prayer receiver and deliverer. Connection:Try stones of: Crystal, that reflects all light creating rainbows and life, reminds us of pure light; Diamonds, for cleansing and purifying; Opals, awareness of all life, connection to other realms, deep emotions. Try hanging faceted crystals in your windows for beautiful rainbows and color light therapy. Any color of the rainbow, but especially white and pure gold. White candles are a wonderful way to connect with the Angels and Spirit Angels.

Archangel Uriel

Angel of Ecology, Angel of Divine Order, Angel of Balance Characteristics: Archangel Uriel is often called the Angel of Ecology. He sometimes replaces Ariel in the 5 Guardian Angels as care taker of the Earth and all environments. He is often shown walking in nature holding the book of God's Truth. His color can range from red to Earth tones in harvest time. Service:Uriel is an Angel of Balance. He helps instill a balance in nature between all species and the land that feeds them. He decides which species will disappear and which remain to evolve. Uriel helps us to realize all beings have a Divine Order and Divine Timing. Just as a seed knows when to sprout and grow in spring with fresh rain and sun, so can you allow Spirit to grow when the time is right. Connection: Try seeds dried in a necklace or grown in flower pots. The stones of: Agate, to connect with life and growth and; Emerald, which represents our planet. Walks in Nature will also help connect you to this Angel as you can see the balance of all life around you.

Archangel Azrael

Angel of Death, Angel of Transformations, Angel of Change Characteristics: Archangel Azrael (or Angel of Death) is the most misunderstood and feared of all the Angels. He is the doorway which all souls pass when leaving the physical realm. Because of our fear of change and loosing what we love, many hold fear and even hate towards this wonderful Angel. He often is pictured as the black cloaked figure with the hour glass of time in one hand and the scythe of death in the other hand. He can be a skeletal figure, but prefers to be a loving Angel with dark eyes and hair. Service:Azrael helps in all large transitions and great times of change on our planet. His energy is very direct and can help when we are stagnant and desperately need change. He helps us back from near death experiences, and connects us to those that have crossed over. Azrael reminds us all beings have a life cycle that never ends, but continues on in a different form. Connection: Try the stone Moldavite, which is stone of change and clear communication with higher realms. I often laugh at those who wear this stone daily and wonder why life is changing so dramatically since this is Azrael's stone. Try colors of black or dark gray/blue. And of coarse try walking in a grave yard to pay respect to those that have crossed over.

Angel of Serenity

Angel of Inner Peace and Calmness. Characteristics: The Angel of Serenity is just as the name implies, serenity. She is found in nature when we are at the most peaceful state. She can visit us when we hold our first child in our arms, or when despite all the chaos around us we become a rock of calm for others to hold onto. She presents herself in robes of white and light blue often surrounded by images that bring peace (doves). Service: Serenity can be called any time we want peace in our lives. Peace is a state in which our minds stop talking, fears and doubts take a break, and our own soul can speak with clarity. Serenity can help when you are frustrated with loved ones or co-workers in life where your anger can cause problems. Let her help you bring that calm place back to your heart so decisions can be made clear again. Connection:Any stone that promotes calmness like Amethyst, Holy Blue Agate, and Marble. Try taking walks in local parks in silence so you can just hear your own heart beat and the sounds of nature. Take a vacation! No matter if you travel to a far away island or disconnect the phone and relax with a great book, you can have a place of serenity now.

Angel of Animals

Angel of Pets, Angel of sick Animals, Angel of Healing and Communication with Creatures Characteristics: The Angel of Animals, or sometimes the Angel of Pets, is an Angel we can call when we want to protect and heal our fuzzy friends. If you are traveling with your cat, surgery for your dog, or a lost stray walking down a highway, this Angel brings love, understanding and amazing healing. She often shows herself surrounded by nature in a variety of clothes, and holding light or an animal. Service: The Angel of Animals goes by many different names and will often give you in meditation a special name to call her. Whenever you need assistance with an animal she can help. She will help speed up the recovery after a surgery, help a vet understand the problem quicker, or help your pet release from their life without pain. Connection: Try using stones that promote understanding in the animal kingdom like; Coral, Cylindrite, and Opal. All creatures of our planet reflect this Angel's love. Find pictures of your favorite animal (or pet) and surround it with white feathers or Angel pictures. Try taking a quartz crystal and blessing it with this Angel's healing for your pet. Then place near their cage or bedding to assist your fuzzy loved one.

Angel of the Muses

Angel of Creativity, Angel of the Arts, Angel of Inspiration Characteristics: The Angel of the Muses is in charge of our inspiration. She brings the Muses (or energy of creation) to us when we are making something new in our lives. She assists all writers, poets, gardeners, builders, artists, songwriters, musicians, stage performers, school students, and anyone who loves to create. She (or he) often presents her self in bright colors and encourages us to be bold and colorful in everything we do. Service: This Angel is the one we call when we have "artist's block" referring to the state we all reach when we're stuck in a project and have no clue where to go next. She is the "Ah Ha!" we exclaim when we get an idea that changes everything. She brings the energy of new ideas and inventions on our planet for us to create. No matter what your choice of material to create with (paste and sparkles, garden flowers, oil paint, musical notes, lego, or words) she can help you create something amazing. (Thank you Muses! for your inspiration in creating this website.) Connection:Any form of creation through which you can express yourself and have fun. Find something to do at home or maybe take a course at a local community center. Ask yourself if I wanted to learn a new craft or skill what would I try? Why wait till later? Create something new today and watch your whole life expand.

Angel of Children

Angel of all Children of the Earth, Angel of Inner Child, Angel of Playfulness Characteristics: The Angel of Children is both an Angel we can call for help with our own children and to connect with our inner child. This Angel connects us to that space of innocence and curiosity children carry for the whole world to see. She often comes in the form of a child with angel wings. Service: This Angel helps us rediscover our inner child of playfulness and adventure. When we were children the world was new and fresh. Sometimes from early years of hurt, neglect, or later in adulthood becoming jaded by daily responsibility we forget how to be free and silly. These barriers also keep us from remembering our childhood and make understanding our own children difficult. Let this angel help bring new understanding, healing, and laughter to your life. Connection:Try stones of Quartz Crystal to protect children and focus your energy, and Calcite to encourage creativity, playfulness, and healing. Play games, swing on the playground, or hum a favorite childhood song. Ask this angel to watch over your children and let her reassure you of their safety and well being. Something every parent needs!

Guardian Angels

Because of our connection to the Heavens, the Angels, and the Mother Earth we walk upon, each of us have an Angel that watches over us. These Angels are often referred to as Guardian Angels. Their love and guidance can be subtle, as in a well placed ad for a job; or brilliant as we fall asleep at the car wheel and awake with a loud voice before hitting another car. Guardian Angels protect, call other Guides and Angels for more assistance, and write down all our history through our many lifetimes. They're our traveling partners through time and take a form that helps us the most. They can be a loving grandfather, young child, sexy man or woman, or a gentle presence that hugs us in times of need. Try calling your Guardian Angel with the mediation above. Just state you seek your Guardian Angel. Some people have Arch Angels as Guardian Angels. Others have a whole crowd of Angels that serve as a counsel. No matter who your Angel is, remember they love you and always bring the highest good. Knowing we have protection, love, patience, and understanding right by our side always helps us to take risks, adventure in new places, and make new friends. Est-ce que les fées  existent ? oui j' en ai  vu deux types une petite blanche qui ressemble à un pissenlit blanc en plein jour  DE LA  DIMENSION DE MA  MAIN et une géante avec des ailes de libellules oui  dans les  nuages  fait en  nuage et en lumière celle-ci  et elle  était  accompagnée de  bébé ailés. Angels Really Exist.
Everyone has Angels! Including you. They are also known as Spirit Guides, Holy Spirit, Ascended
Masters, Archetypes, etc. All these terms refer to the same thing: Master Souls who have evolved
beyond the earth experience. As part of their continuing evolution, they are helping people here on
the earth plane. Everyone deserves the joy that comes from working directly with their team of wise,
master souls. This report will provide you with some keys that will assist you on your journey to a closer
relationship with your helpers!
80% of the US population believe in angels. Although Pacific and European countries have not been
surveyed, I would guess that a similarly high number of people in other countries also believe in
angels. Regrettably, only a tiny percentage of these people EVER establish a consistent, direct, two-way
communication with these master souls.
If the vast majority of people believe they have angels, and know this help is available to them – why
aren’t more people connecting with this higher source of wisdom? There seem to be a few reasons.
Perhaps you can relate to one or two of these.
1: People’s religious beliefs or childhood programming have led people to believe they don’t have
the ability to communicate directly with high souls. They have been taught that only a priest can
communicate directly, or that God only talks to you when HE wants to.
2: A person is using prayer in the wrong way. They only pray when they desperately want
something and this prayer is more like a hope or wish for what they want to magically occur
in their life. It’s like presenting their wants list to a master soul and believing that something
outside of themselves has the power to create what they want.
The truth is, the power to create the life you want can only come from
within you.
3: A person is receiving hundreds of hunches and ideas each day from their guidance but doesn’t
pay any attention to the incredible wisdom they are receiving. Usually they don’t realize that
communicating with their angels is such a simple, natural everyday occurrence.
4: A person doesn’t want to communicate with Spirit and is fearful of anything they can’t see or
touch.
If you can relate to any of the above, or want to begin a connection with your Angels but just don’t know

Melissa’s Personal Angel Experience
When I was thirteen years old I was really excited to be learning new ideas about angels, my life purpose
and learning some spiritual truths of what life is all about. One day I had a sleep-over with two of my
friends. We were sitting up talking in the middle of the night as teenagers do. In my excitement, I
starting telling my friends what I knew about angels. They were interested at first. After a while their
religious programming kicked in, and they became a little fearful and started telling me the ideas I had
were sinful and wrong. I began to doubt myself too- because what did I know really?
Just at that moment when I began to doubt myself, I saw a large ball of white light flash across the
room. It literally moved diagonally across the room in front of me, and then lingered in the corner for
about 10 seconds. All three of us saw it, and were speechless.
Later I realized that was one of my angels revealing herself to me. It was the confirmation I needed
just at that moment when I was starting to doubt myself. I paid attention to that confirmation, and
continued on with my spiritual exploration. The spiritual exploration awakened my inner psychic gifts
and helped me develop a close relationship with my spiritual guides so I can consult them at any time,
anywhere.
As a result of the process I have been through I can now see angels in other people’s auras. I can receive
daily advice and suggestions from my angels on any challenge I’m facing - no matter how big or how
small.
I can “check in” at any time of the day or night and receive immediate answers to questions I ask. I’ll
let you in on a little secret here. You don’t have to be in a meditative state with your eyes closed to get
answers. I can talk to my angels while I’m driving on a busy freeway, or in a shopping mall crowded
with people at Christmas time.
It’s such an incredibly helpful, practical tool to be able to work with your guides on an everyday basis.
If you aren’t using the immense help, wisdom, guidance and support that is available to you at all times
- you are missing out on so much. The guidance is there for you - why not learn to use it? You are not
alone in this life. The companionship and wisdom your angels will share with you can make a huge
difference in the quality of your life. It has in mine.
I meet so many people who are struggling to find their life purpose, who are indecisive, stuck and not
sure how to make the changes in their life they so desperately seek. They simply don’t realize that their
guides can help them with all of those challenges. In fact, their guides have been trying to help them
their entire lives - and they haven’t paid any attention.
They are missing out on the joy and satisfaction for life that they could be feeling, if they knew how to
communicate directly with their angels. It is your angel’s sincerest desire to help you become the master
of your life and enjoy the essence of inner freedom.

Communication with Angels is very Practical
You may have attended a class where you “meet your Spirit Guide” through Creative Visualization.
Visualization is great - but it’s just not the easiest way to communicate. There’s a much simpler, more
direct, practical communication that will seamlessly fit in with what you already do in your daily life.
Let’s be realistic. I can’t take the time to conjure up a creative visualization when I am in a meeting with
my children’s teacher, in front of my boss, or trying to discern what route will take me around a traffic
jam. I need a means of communicating with Spirit that will work right now in the situation I am in.
Working with your Spirit Guides is more helpful and practical than you might have realized. I can’t
imagine not consulting with my guides when I need to:
• Make decisions (big or small).
• Create a piece of writing.
• Organize my schedule for the week.
• Understand what I’m learning from my experiences each day and how I can improve.
• Determine the best timing to take action or when it’s best to wait.
• Knowing what to say and when to say it in difficult, high-pressure situations.
• How to advise a child.
• Determine whether someone is telling me the truth.
Are you beginning to see how your guides can help you through the challenges and problems you might
be facing at this time? The areas of life that are stressful right now can become smooth and natural

Angel Communication Secret #1
Pay attention when you experience chills/goose bumps. This physical sensation is a
clue that your guidance are communicating with you.
Have you ever felt a shiver run down your spine? Or goose bumps on your skin when you’re not really
cold?
Everyone has felt that sensation from time to time. Some people feel it more than others. Many people
feel chills at a time when they feel balanced, in harmony and in their true feelings. The Bible calls this
sensation “the quickening of the flesh”.
You feel chills when your angels come close to you. Your angels have a high vibration of energy at all
times. When that very high vibration of energy comes close to you, you feel that extra charge as chills,
goose bumps or shivers. Some people may even feel it as a heat or a sensation of wind brushing over
their skin. I’m feeling chills on my back on the right side as I write this!
Your guides are always with you and assisting you. They’ll send you that quick charge of energy when
they want to communicate something with you. It might be a confirmation that you’re on the right track
doing the right thing at the right time. It might be a little push in the right direction as you get ideas and
inspirations for opportunities you want to be involved with.
It might be your angels giving you a safe, secure feeling and reminding you that you are never alone.
Often, chills can occur when you are having a very positive, meaningful experience like listening to a
beautiful piece of music, being in nature, or the joy of being with your children.
If you haven’t been paying attention at times when you feel chills - start being aware of it as you go
through your day. You’ll probably find that it will start happening more often; simply because your
angels know you are paying attention. When you feel the chills next time, take a minute to discern what
message your guides want to communicate to you at that time. Often, it is a confirmation of something
that was happening around you, that you were talking or thinking about. So take note of what is
occurring the moment the chills happen.
Sometimes when you feel chills, it might seem to be at a very insignificant moment in time. You might
wonder to yourself, “What could possibly be the significance of this?” In this case, your angels are
communicating with you because that moment is really not as insignificant as you thought. Take a
moment to discern for yourself what the chills mean at the time it happens. No one can do that for
you - because no one is living your life. You’ll probably hear a word, an idea a feeling or a vision in your
mind as you discern - that is also your guides communicating with you! They will help you discern the
meaning too.
By discerning your chills, you have a tool that you can use to help you be aware of the messages of your
angels. No matter where you go, or who you are with, you always have your physical body! The chills
sensation on your body is your barometer to recognize the high energy of your helpers and when it
is close to you. It can be a practical tool to help you confirm that you are on the right track with your
decisions and actions.

Angel Communication Secret #2
Your Guidance Communicate with you through your Four Spiritual Gifts
Each person has a sixth sense, known as intuition, ESP, psychic ability. As a child you naturally used,
and nurtured this ability until you were trained out of it by adults who didn’t know any better.
This sixth sense comes through four spiritual gifts or communication avenues. In the Bible, Chapter
12 of I Corinthians, there is reference made to the gifts of the Spirit. These abilities are as natural as
breathing! Everyone has all four gifts. It’s important to remember that you will probably relate to all
four in some way. However each person has their own personal communication style, and works with
the four gifts in their particular order. For example, my gift order is Visionary, Prophetic, Intuitive,
Feeling. That means that the gift of Vision is my strength, my first gift. I work out of that part most of
the time. But, I can use my feeling part too. It just isn’t as strong and doesn’t come as naturally as my
first gift.
Here’s a brief description of your four spiritual gifts. There’s much more to learn about these gifts as
you continue on your spiritual path.
INTUITION
The Psychic Gift of Clairaudience.
This part of you is factual and direct. Hearing is all-important to your intuitive part, and your intuitive
part picks up the messages of your angels as words, sounds or music. Your Intuitive part is your
leadership part. It has true concern for people and loves a sense of fairness.
Intuitives think a lot, and have an active creative mind. They are very quick to size up and understand
a situation, because thoughts come in quickly. They sometimes find it hard to understand why others
don’t comprehend so quickly and can tend to get impatient with others.
VISION
The Psychic Gift of Clairvoyance
Your Visionary part thrives on having a sense of balance and harmony. Seeing is all important.
Visionaries can see pictures and images in their mind. They think in pictures. Their sense of inner
organization makes them great at planning and organizing projects. They carry a vision in their mind
and are able to break things down into simple steps.
Visionaries have the gift of empathy. They can help others find solutions to their problems while still
remaining emotionally detached. This makes them excellent teachers, counselors etc. Visionaries have a
tendency to be inflexible when they expect things to turn out exactly as they pictured it in their mind.

PROPHECY
The Psychic Gift of Trance
Your Prophetic part has an inner knowing of what the future holds. Prophetics can sense trends in the
energy and have many ideas and inspirations when they tune into the universal energy of Spirit that is
all around us. They are creative, and their strong inner knowing makes them great executives for they
can sense exactly when to move in and lead, and when to step back and allow others to grow.
The Prophetic person senses life through an inner knowing. They don’t know how they know, they just
know. Because they already know what will happen, they can have a tendency to not follow through and
to leave projects unfinished because they already know how it turns out. They need to find the inner
discipline to live in the present, not the future.
FEELING
The Psychic Gift of Healing
Your Feeling part is pure sensitivity. A Feeling type person perceives life through feelings. They love
people and are like a charged up battery of fun and enthusiasm. They are detailed oriented and like to
work in a methodical, step-by-step way. They are more comfortable following than leading, because
they like to know where their responsibility begins and ends.
They can feel what others around them are feeling, and if they are not discerning can take on everyone
else’s burdens. Feelers need to develop their discernment and inner authority so they don’t take on
everyone else’s problems. Feelers like to work with their hands, and have natural healing abilities.
Remember, you have all four of these psychic gifts. You can develop all four of them. The gift that
comes first in your personal gift order, is the main way that your guidance communicate with you. They
can work with the other three gifts also, but you will be most successful when you use your first gift
because that is your inner communication.
If you work primarily out of the gift of Intuition your guidance will communicate with you most often
through thoughts, words and music. Sometimes intuitives will hear someone calling their name, but no
one is there.
If you work primarily from the gift of Vision, your guidance will communicate with you most often
through visions, pictures and dreams. Visionaries have symbolic dreams in full colour.
If you work primarily from the gift of Prophecy, your guidance will communicate with you most often
through knowings, ideas and gut instinct. Prophetics also dream a lot and often these dreams actually
come true.
If you work primarily from the gift of Feeling, your guidance will communicate with you most often
through feelings, sensations and hunches. Things either feel right or they don’t to a Feeler.

My dad was an Intuitive. My mother is a Visionary. I have two sisters, one Feeler and the other is
Prophetic. I can’t imagine growing up and NOT knowing about my family member’s gifts. We have very
different ways of looking at and expressing life. Knowing that Dad was not interested in all the details of
where I was going and what I would be doing; that he only wanted to know I would be in good company,
safe and home on time saved me a lot of explaining and him a lot of frustration.
It was great fun observing and appreciating our differences. We had a dimension of understanding
in the family that made life more interesting, entertaining and often, down right humorous.
Understanding the spiritual gifts is a wonderful bit of understanding to have.
My partner, Richard, is a school teacher. He uses his guidance to determine each of his student’s first
gift. Armed with this knowledge, he can better communicate with his students. He knows not to give the
Prophetics and Intuitives too many details; just give them the big picture of what they need to do and
they will figure out the rest for themselves. He gives the Visionaries a clear picture and makes sure the
Feelers have all the details they need to feel secure. He is an Intuitive. He knows to turn the patience on
when his feeler students want to explain something to him because Feelers are going to give him all the
details THEY need to assure they are communicating the feeling of their idea.
Have you ever been talking to a friend who never looks at you when you talk to them? This friend is
probably an Intuitive. Intuitives listen. They are more likely to point their ears toward you than to look
at you when they are really interested in what you are saying.
Because Visionaries do communicate in pictures they will look at every little expression. But this can be
deceiving because any little word or phrase can send a Visionary off on their own little movie in their
mind’s eye. During this “movie” they can miss everything you say until the movie is over. Some people
call this daydreaming.
If you don’t know what your first gift is, you may tend to copy the patterns of the parent you most
related to. My mother is a visionary so I had a pretty good role model for my first gift. Richard, an
Intuitive, didn’t have it that easy. His father was a Visionary and his mother is a Feeler. In a lot of
situations, Richard will demonstrate strong Visionary and Feeler tendencies because of his parent’s
influence. He didn’t have a consistent Intuitive role model during his early life. When he learned he
was an Intuitive it freed him to follow more of his natural tendencies. It was like he had been given
permission to be himself.
The key is to use the right gift at the right time. Each of our gifts have strengths. The direct energy of the
Intuitive gift is not appropriate when a person is in need of healing. This is when the Feeling gift and
it’s healing powers needs to be brought to the front, no matter what your first gift may be. When it is
time to organize a schedule, it is time to use your gift of Vision to assure all the pieces are in their proper
order and timing. Your gift of Prophecy is the best tool you have for sensing what is coming in your
future and for keeping tabs on your big picture.
You are a soul with a physical body, not a physical body with a soul. You do not have a soul, you are a
soul. Your physical body has 5 physical senses. Your soul, the real you, has 4 Spiritual Gifts of Intuition,
Vision, Prophecy and Feeling. One of the most practical things I have done for myself is learn to fully
develop and use my spiritual gifts in daily living. It has added a rich, exciting dimension to my life.

Developing your Psychic Communication
Your guides communicate with you through your sixth sense - your psychic sensitivity. Actually, it could
be said that you have nine senses. You have the five physical senses of seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling
and touch. In addition you have four psychic senses. These are psychic seeing (Vision), psychic hearing
(Intuition, psychic knowings (Prophecy) and psychic feelings. (Feeling) The more you develop your own
psychic sensitivity the stronger your communication with your angels will become.
You can develop your psychic ability.
Everyone has had mystical experiences at some time in their life. I’m amazed at how many people tell
me stories of wonderful mystical visions or dreams they have had. Then proceed to tell me I’m the first
person they’ve ever admitted this to because everyone else thinks they’re crazy. If everyone would just
open up and share, they would realize that it is quite normal to have these experiences!
If they stopped thinking they were crazy they would probably have more mystical experiences. It is
normal to have doubts.
Richard’s First Mystical Experience.
I was born into a Methodist family in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. My values were deeply rooted
in traditional Christianity. As a boy, I studied the Bible and often entertained the idea of becoming a
minister.
Along with the strong values my early religious training gave me, it also gave me some strong fears of
doing the wrong thing spiritually.
When I learned to work with my guidance and the doors to my spiritual sensitivity, doors opened
I always knew were there. Doors my religious training couldn’t or wouldn’t open. As my spiritual
understanding and communication with my guidance expanded, some of my fears of doing other than
God’s will began getting more and more of my attention.
I did not want to do the wrong thing. What did I trust? Who was I to trust? Was this desire pure or
coming from some part of me that wanted an easy out from the work-a-day world? Were these ideas
mine, my guidance, God’s, against God? What do I do?!!
I was driving home late one Sunday evening in my VW Beetle. For some reason, as I headed down
interstate 64 toward my home in Williamsburg, I began singing a song to my Guidance. I was just
passing the exit to Bottom’s Bridge when I stopped singing and started listening to the song. Then it
hit me...... I have no radio!
Suddenly, I was moving up, out of my car, right through the roof and into the night air above the car.
My assent stopped at about 500 feet. The car kept going down the interstate, its headlights looking
like two glowing fingers searching down the road. There was a wispy rope of light holding me to the
car like a magic kite string. To my right and left were these flowing figures; my Spiritual Guidance.

We were moving forward through the air side by side.
Looking back, I find it interesting that I was not afraid. As a matter of fact, I was feeling very
peaceful inside. I recall looking down as the car went under an overpass. I was concerned about what
the bridge was going to do to that rope connection. I was just going along with it all. I watched in
amazement as the silvery cord passed right through the bridge, still attached asthe car reapeared
after passing under the bridge.
I asked, “Am I dead?” I was assured I was not. “Who’s driving my car?” I was told not to be concerned
about that. They definitely had my 100% attention. As we flew along, these angels shared some things
with me about my life. The one on my right did most of the talking while the others provided me with
a feeling I can only describe as absolute security. I expressed my fears and particularly my concern
about doing God’s will. “It is God’s will that you follow your desires,” the one said. “What if my desires
are wrong?” I asked. “You must sort these things out for yourself. Start with you and work out from
there. No matter what, everything will be all right,” was the reply.
Their voices were not coming through my ears; I heard them in my heart. After a while I was asked if
they could do anything else for me. I had no more questions at the time.
The next thing I knew, I was back in the driver’s seat heading down 64. I pulled off the road to pull
myself together. I was experiencing the best feeling I had ever had; a feeling of freedom to give my
ideas a chance and not to fear making mistakes. A feeling of never being alone. The feeling of spiritual
freedom. A feeling I have never lost.
I am not the smartest or most enlightened person I know. I am a soul who trusts his ideas and
Guidance. That trust has given me the opportunity to try out the ideas that come to me and to gain
wisdom from my experiences - the ones that work and the ones that don’t. Trusting myself has opened
greater avenues of trust to all things. I trust that whoever runs this beautiful universe did a very wise
thing by giving us freewill and the right to grow through experience.
“No matter what, everything is going to be all right.”
Everything really is going to be alright. There is no need to fear being psychic. Its a normal, natural part
of human experience. If you have suppressed your sensitivity, talked yourself out of it or denied it, you
are probably feeling some dissatisfaction with your life right now. Trust your hunches, feelings, ideas

a hidden wall between you and your guidance. You may feel that your angels won’t answer your

questions in the RIGHT way - they won’t answer you!
They will always offer their suggestions and opinions. They will definitely guide you along your path.
But, your guidance will NOT tell you what you want, or what you should be doing with your life! It is
your opportunity to decide what you want. Once you do that, then your Guidance can move into action
helping you create the life you desire.
The secret principle is to understand that your guidance respects your free will 100%. They have
mastered the art of helping you without ever imposing on you or telling you what to do. YOU are the
decision-maker. Not your angels.
If you are asking your guidance questions like “Should I do xyz?” “What should I do next?” You are
probably feeling mighty frustrated right now. Since your guides won’t make decisions for you, they
can’t answer questions like that. So, you’ll either be met with dead silence, or open your energy up to
receiving answers from souls in the environment that do want to tell you what to do. These souls are in
limbo or confusion. They are definitely not master souls. If you ever feel imposed upon, or have feelings
of doom and gloom or hear that you MUST do something - please know for certain that is NOT your
guidance. Cleanse immediately.
When working with your guidance, first you need to know what you want. Everyone knows what they
want deep down inside - we have just been trained so well to limit ourselves that we deny what we want
through excuses and limitations.
Take the time to meditate, relax and ask yourself, “If I had all the money I could ever need, and all the
time I could ever need, what would I be doing with my life?” The answer to that question is the answer
to what you REALLY want. It’s OK to want! It’s part of your spiritual purpose this lifetime to fulfill
those wants. Your wants drive you to accomplish your spiritual mission. You will feel mighty dissatisfied
through your life if you don’t.
Once you know what you want, then your guidance can really step in and help you. They can help you
know what would be the best first step toward reaching your goal. They can help you know the best
timing to move into action. They can help you make choices and decisions based on the most effective
path toward reaching your goal. They can help you regroup and know what you are getting out of each
opportunity you become involved in.
Your guidance will give you opinions and suggestions, but never commands. They are like a board of

directors that you can consult when you need support, guidance and backing. Don’t expect them to do it
for you. Your angels are here to help you evolve to their level of experience. Their contract with you is to
help you become a do-it-yourself-kit.
Don’t expect anything outside of yourself to tell you what you want and need. Not even your angels. You
are here on Planet Earth to do for yourself and to expand your self-leadership and to have fun doing it.
Matter of fact, if you aren’t having fun, you are doing it wrong.
